EterQR Memorial provides physical memorial plaques with QR codes that link to personalized digital memorial pages. Each plaque is a one-time purchase with no annual fees. The digital memorial page includes space for a biography, photos, videos, family tree, and tributes.
3. Account Registration
To manage a memorial page, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to a memorial page (text, photos, videos). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of our service. You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
5. Product Purchase and Shipping
All product purchases are subject to our Shipping & Refund Policy. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders.
6. Free Replacement and Support
As stated on our website, we provide free replacement for damage, free remake for production errors, and free support if a QR code becomes unreadable. This applies to the original purchaser and is subject to reasonable use.
7. Intellectual Property
The EterQR Memorial name, logo, website design, and related intellectual property are owned by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EterQR Memorial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, we may remove associated memorial content after a reasonable notice period.
